Effect of Non-Convulsive Electroconvulsive Therapy Combined with Pharmacotherapy on Neuro-Electrophysiology of Patients with Schizophrenia

摘要 目的探讨无抽搐电休克疗法联合药物治疗对精神分裂症患者神经电生理的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月至2017年10月收治的104例精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组各52例。对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组在此基础上采用无抽搐电休克治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经电生理参数及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率、波幅均明显高于对照组,N2-P3、P300潜伏期均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无抽搐电休克疗法联合药物可明显提高精神分裂症患者的临床疗效,调节神经电生理功能,且不增加不良反应,安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effect of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with pharmacotherapy on neuro-electrophysiology of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 104 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with olanzapine, while the observation group was given non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy on this basis. The clinical curative effect,neuro-electrophysiological parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and amplitude of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the incubation period of N2-P3 and P300 were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences(P 〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P 〉0.05). Conclusions Non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with pharmacotherapy can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients with schizophrenia, regulate the function of neuro-electrophysiological function, and do not increase the adverse reactions, with higher safety.
