综合护理干预对头颈部深部多间隙感染患者的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Deep Multiple Interstitial Infection in Head and Neck

目的观察综合护理干预对头颈部深部多间隙感染患者的效果。方法选取我院2014年8月至2017年10月收治的100例头颈部深部多间隙感染患者,依据护理方式分为观察组与对照组各50例,所有患者入院后接受常规对症治疗。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预。对比两组患者的临床疗效、脓肿消失时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组的总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);观察组的脓肿消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可显著提高头颈部深部多间隙感染患者的治疗效果,改善其临床症状,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with deep multiple interstitial infection in head and neck. Methods 100 cases of patients with deep multiple interstitial infection in head and neck admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to October 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received routine symptomatic treatment after admission. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical curative effect, abscess disappearance time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The abscess disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with deep multiple interstitial infection in head and neck, and improve their clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction degree.
