急性脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素及近期预后分析

Analysis on Risk Factors and Short-Term Prognosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素并分析近期预后。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年7月收治的110例急性脑梗死患者,依据有无下肢深静脉血栓形成分为非血栓组(100例)和血栓组(10例)。采用L ogistic回归分析模型分析其危险因素及近期预后。结果两组的糖尿病史、D2聚体比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),其余指标比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果提示,糖尿病史、D2聚体是急性脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的独立危险因素(OR:2.312、4.545,95%CI:1.040～3.875、2.845～5.483,P<0.05)。两组近期预后比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病史、D2聚体是急性脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的独立风险因素,且患者近期预后普遍差于非下肢深静脉血栓形成患者。

Objective To explore the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with acute cerebral infarction and analyze the short-term prognosis. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into non-thrombosis group（100 cases） and thrombosis group（10 cases） according to the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity. Logistic regression analysis mode was used to analyze the risk factors and short-term prognosis.Results Statistical difference was found in the diabetes history and D2 dimer between the two groups（P 〈0.05）, but not found in the other indicators（P 〉0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed the diabetes history and D2 dimer were independent risk factors for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with acute cerebral infarction（OR： 2.312, 4.545; 95%CI： 1.040 ～ 3.875, 2.845 ～ 5.483; P 〈0.05）.The short-term prognosis of the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The diabetes history and D2 dimer are the independent risk factors for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with acute cerebral infarction, whose prognosis is generally worse in patients without deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.
