乳痛宁糖浆治疗乳腺增生的临床研究

Clinical research of Rutongning Syrup for cyclomastopathy

目的观察乳痛宁糖浆与血府逐瘀口服液治疗乳腺增生的效果及用药安全性。方法选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的乳腺增生患者240例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组120例,对照组口服血府逐瘀口服液,治疗组口服乳痛宁糖浆,连续治疗3个疗程,比较治疗前、后乳房疼痛、肿块硬度、肿块分布范围、肿块大小,计算治愈率和有效率,记录不良反应,对2种治疗乳腺增生症的药物治疗方案(血府逐瘀口服液、乳痛宁糖浆)的安全性、有效性进行评价。结果较治疗前,治疗组与对照组在治疗后各方面治疗均有明显效果(P<0.05),治疗3个疗程后,治疗组在乳房疼痛、肿块硬度、总分3个方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。共发现10例轻微不良反应,未观察到严重不良反应。结论在治疗乳腺增生方面乳痛宁糖浆更有优势。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Rutongning Syrup and Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid on Cyclomastopathy.Methods 240 patients with cyclomastopathy from outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid,while the treatment group was treated with Rutongning syrup,both lasting for 3 courses.The breast pain,lumps,hardness mass distribution,tumor size were compared before and after treatment,the cure rate and effective rate were calculated,adverse reactions were recorded,the safety and effectiveness of two kinds of treatment of mammary hyperplasia（Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid,Rutongning Syrup）was evaluated.Results After the treatment,all indexes of the control group and the treatment group reduced obviously（P〈0.05）.After 3 courses treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in breast pain,lump hardness and total score（P〈0.05）.A total of 10 cases of minor adverse reactions but no serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Rutongning Syrup has superior effect to Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid on Cyclomastopathy.
