血管内皮生长因子与白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8在EMs患者中的表达及其病情监测意义

Expression of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with EMs and their significance in monitoring the disease

目的分析白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者中的表达及其病情监测意义。方法将南通大学附属海安医院收治的74例EMs患者为EMs组,52例良性卵巢肿瘤患者为良性肿瘤组,并同期选取于本院体检合格的健康妇女50例为对照组。比较3组血清与腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平,并通过Pearson相关性分析其与EMs患者年龄、体质指数(BMI)及美国生殖协会分期标准(r-AFS)的关系。结果 EMs组血清与腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平较良性肿瘤组显著升高(P均<0.01),EMs组血清中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平较对照组显著升高(P均<0.01),而良性肿瘤组血清中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平与对照组比较,均无明显差异(P均>0.05)。r-AFS分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的EMs组患者血清与腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平较Ⅱ期者均显著升高(P均<0.01)。EMs患者血清与腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平与r-AFS分期均存在显著正相关关系(P均<0.05),而与患者年龄、BMI均无显著关系(P均>0.05)。结论 EMs患者血清与腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8和VEGF的表达水平均显著升高,且三者表达水平与患者病情程度密切相关,故检测三者表达水平对EMs发病和病情进展具有良好的监测意义。

Objective To analyze the expression of interleukin-6（IL-6）,interleukin-8（IL-8）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in patients with endometriosis（EMs）and the significance of monitoring the disease.Methods 74 cases of EMs in the hospital were selected as EMs group,52 cases of benign ovarian tumor as benign tumor group,and 50 cases of healthy women were as control group.The serum and peritoneal fluid levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF of the three groups were compared,and correlation between those levels and age,body mass index（BMI）,and the reproductive staging criteria（r-AFS）of American Association was analyzed by Pearson analysis in EMs patients.Results The expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in serum and peritoneal fluid of the EMs group were significantly higher than those in the benign tumor group（all P〈0.01）;the expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in the EMs group were significantly higher than those in the control group（all P〈0.01）,and the serum expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in the benign tumor group showed no significant difference in comparison of the control group（all P〈0.05）.The expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in serum and peritoneal fluid of the EMs patients with stage III to IV for r-AFS were significantly higher than those in stage II（all P〈0.01）.The expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with EMs were significantly positively correlated with r-AFS stage（all P〈0.05）,but there were no significant correlation with age and BMI（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression levels of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF of serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with EMs are significantly increased,and those expression levels are closely correlated to the patients′condition,so the detection of the three expression levels have better significance of monitoring the progress and pathogenesis of EMs.
