网络嵌入、认知合法性与大学生创业成长的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 认知合法性作为一种关键的无形资源可依靠关系网络嵌入获得,决定了新创企业获取其他创业资源机会的可能性,对创业成长发挥重要影响。以认知合法性为切入点,构建网络嵌入、认知合法性与大学生创业成长理论模型。运用SPSS19.0、AMOS17.0对283份高校大学生创业样本数据进行分析,由结构方程模型分析得出:以血缘、学缘关系为主的社会网络嵌入既直接影响大学生创业成长,又由认知合法性的部分中介作用,间接对其发挥作用。而以产业分工协作为主的产业网络嵌入则需通过认知合法性的完全中介作用才能对大学生创业成长产生影响,且影响作用明显小于社会网络嵌入。根据研究结果提出相关对策建议以期为提高大学生创业成功率提供新的思考路径。 As a key intangible resource,cognitive legitimacy can be obtained through the network of relational networks,which determines the possibility or opportunities for getting other entrepreneurial resources and plays an important role in the growth of entrepreneurship. Taking cognitive legitimacy as a point,this paper constructs a theoretical model of network embedding,cognitive legitimacy and college students' entrepreneurial growth. With 283 college students' venture samples and the use of SPSS19. 0 and AMOS17. 0 software for data analysis,it derived from the structural equation model that the social network embedding directly affects the growth of college students' entrepreneurship and indirectly affects it by the partial mediation of cognitive legitimacy. Industrial network embedding indirectly has an impact on it through the full mediation role of cognitive legitimacy and the influence of industrial network embedding is significantly smaller than that of social network embedding. According to the results of the study,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide a new thinking path to improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.
