新疆油田三元复合驱碱液调配技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为减少三元复合驱碱路调配系统结垢严重、浓度误差大等问题,进行碱与表活剂配伍性试验,研究在不同温度、不同浓度等调配条件下碱与表活剂的混合效果。结果表明:配制浓度为10%(质量分数)碱液时,需控制调配温度不能低于20℃;在20℃条件下,碱与表活剂混合调配各自浓度均不能过高;碱与表活剂混合调配时间需根据调配温度确定。此外,优化出一种目的液调配工艺,结合室内实验确定碱液配制、碱与表活剂混合调配工艺设计指标,提高了配注精度,为三次采油地面配套工艺技术提供了可借鉴的参数指标。碱与表活剂混合调配系统清垢周期可延长至3~6个月,避免了高压流量计阀芯卡死、电动机烧坏、传动杆断等问题,目的液达标率高达94%以上。 In order to reduce problems of serious scaling and big concentration error in the alkali liquor preparing system,the compatibility test of alkali and surface active agent is conducted to study mixing effect of alkali and surface active agent under different temperatures,concentrations and other preparing conditions.The results show that when preparing the 10% concentration alkali liquor(mass fraction),the preparing temperature should not be less than 20℃;when the temperature is 20 ℃,the preparing concentration of alkali and surface active agent cannot be too high;the preparing time of alkali and surface active agent should be determined according to the preparing temperature.In addition,a purpose liquid preparing process is optimized.Combined with the laboratory test,the process design indicators of alkali liquor preparation and the mixing preparing process of alkali and surface active agent are determined,the accuracy of preparation and injection is improved,which provides parameters and indicators for surface supporting processes and technologies of tertiary oil recovery to refer to.This technology in the scene production running effect is good.The scale cleaning cycle of the alkali and surface active argent mixing preparing system is prolonged to 3 to 6 months,avoiding problems such as the valve core block of high pressure flow meter,burning out of the motor and breaking of the transmission rod.The success rate of purpose liquid is as high as above 94%.
