摘要 新疆油田七东1区首次进行30×10~4t聚合物驱工业化工程,该工程产生大量含聚采出水,采出水处理规模为6 000 m^3/d。含聚采出水含有大量聚合物、凝胶,具有黏度高、乳化稳定性强的特点,处理难度极大。针对上述难点,72#三采处理站采用聚结除油、生物处理和气浮技术相结合的处理工艺,一方面加快油水分离,另一方面减少污泥浮渣量。最终出水含油和悬浮物质量浓度分别为5、12 mg/L,运行成本约为2.0元/m^3,实现了含聚采出水的低成本处理,其处理效果稳定,对油田聚合物驱采出水处理具有很好的借鉴意义。 The 300 thousand tons of polymer flooding industrial project is firstly conducted in District 1 of Qidong in Xinjiang Oilfield.The project produces a large number of polymer-contained produced water,and the processing scale of produced water is 6 000 m^3/d.Polymer-contained produced water contains an enormous amount of polymer and gel,with characteristics of high viscosity and strong emulsion stability,thus it is hard to deal with.In view of above difficulties,the treatment process of combination of coalescence for oil removal,biological treatment and air floatation technology is applied in 72#tertiary-recovery treatment station.On one hand,oil-water separation is quickened;on the other hand,the sludge scum is reduced.In the final produced water,the mass concentration of oil and suspended solids are respectively 5 mg/L and 12 mg/L,the running cost is about 2 yuan/m^3.It realizes the low-cost treatment of polymer-contained produced water,and the treatment effect is stable,which is of great signification for the treatment of polymer flooding produced water in oilfields.
