摘要
为了保证压缩机组循环冷却水平稳运行,以川气东送管道增压工程为项目依托,从循环水系统设计参数的水量、水温、水压和水质等源头进行分析,优化设计了一种闭式流程的循环冷却水系统。该系统由内循环和外循环组成,循环管路材质选择不锈钢,设计中还对密闭式冷却塔的布置间距、循环水不锈钢管线敷设,以及循环冷却水系统的水平衡控制、降噪措施、加药系统等进行了阐述。闭式循环冷却水系统以水质稳定、节约用水、余压利用、自动化程度高、操作维护简便等优势,成为天然气管道压气站压缩机组冷却水系统的优先选择。
The circulating cooling water system is an important auxiliary system for the compressor unit.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the circulating cooling water in the compressor unit,based on Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Pressurization Project,the design parameters such as water quantity,water temperature,water pressure and water quality of the circulating water system are analyzed,and a closed circulating cooling water system with a closed-loop is optimized and designed.The system consists of internal circulation and external circulation,and the internal circulation stabilizes the pressure of the entire circulating water pipeline by the water supply device with constant pressure.The circulating water system pipeline material is selected as stainless steel.The design also covers the space between closed cooling towers,circulating water stainless steel pipeline laying,balance control of circulating cooling water system,noise reduction measures and dosing system.Closed circulating cooling water system has become the preferred choice of cooling water system for compressor unit in natural gas pipeline compressor stations due to its advantages of stable water quality,water saving,residual pressure utilization,high degree of automation and convenient operation and maintenance.
