长庆油田老油区电网的优化与改造 被引量:1

摘要 "十三五"期间,随着油田滚动开发和持续稳产的需要,长庆油田电网已由大规模的电力系统建设与完善转向各油区内部电网的优化与改造。根据长庆油田开发时间较长的老油区电网建设和运行特点,提出了变电站设备升级改造、优化线路负载、消除运行隐患的总体优化改造思路;针对张家湾、里148井区的35 kV系统、10(6)kV配电网的运行现状和存在的问题,优化改造时充分利用了已建设施,将2座35 kV线路变压器组升级改造为一体化35 kV变电站,对井区内10 kV线路进行优化,使电网能够安全、平稳、经济运行,以保障油田的持续稳产。 During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,with the requirements for rolling development and sustainable and stable production,the power grid in Changqing has turned from large-scale construction and improvement of electric system to the optimization and transformation of internal power grids in each oil regions.According to the characteristics of power grid construction and operation in the old oil area with long development time in Changqing Oilfield,the overall optimization and transformation idea of upgrading and reforming equipments in transformer substations,optimizing line load and eliminating operation hidden dangers is put forward.Aiming at the operation status and existing problems of 35 k V system and 10(6) k V distribution network in Zhangjiawan and Li 148 well area,builtup equipment are made full use of during optimization and transformation,two 35 k V line transformer groups are upgraded to the integrated 35 k V transformer substation,and the 10 k V line in the well area is optimized.By doing so,the operation of the power grid can be safe,stable and economical,and the continuous and stable production of the oilfield can be ensured.
