摘要 流体流态是影响超声流量计计量准确性的一项重要因素。利用CFD仿真方法,对双弯头下游计量管不同位置处DANIEL 3400超声流量计计量的准确性进行了研究,结果表明:计量管内径越大,流态稳定时超声流量计的相对误差就越小;与竖直方向上同平面内布置的双90°弯头相比,异面双90°弯头下游直管内超声流量计的相对误差波动较弱,但在流速恢复过程中,计量误差较大。研究结果对超声流量计的现场安装具有一定的理论指导意义。 The flow pattern of fluid is an important factor affecting the metering accuracy of the ultrasonic flowmeter.The accuracy of the DANIEL 3400 ultrasonic flowmeter at different positions in measuring the double elbow downstream metering tube is studied based on the simulation method of CFD.The results show that when the liquid state is stable,the larger the inner diameter of the metering tube,the less the relative error of the ultrasonic flowmeter is;compared with the double 90 angle elbow arranged in the same plane in the vertical direction,the relative error of the ultrasonic flowmeter in the downstream double 90 angle elbow tube arranged in different plane fluctuates weakly.But in the process of flow velocity recovery,the metering error is larger.The research results have certain theoretical guidance for the field installation of the ultrasonic flowmeter.
