水切割法在油田地面建设工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 经过60多年的勘探开发,大庆油田开采进入战略减产阶段。近年来,随着油田基建投资萎缩,新建地面工程越来越少,老区改造工程逐年递增。改造涉及含油、含气、污水等管线更换连头、旧罐改造以及容器拆除等,采用传统的火焰切割存在较大的安全隐患,采用往复锯切割则施工效率较低。为消除安全隐患,提高施工效率,在油田地面建设工程中应大力推广水切割法。目前在大庆油田地面建设工程中,应用水切割法进行管线更换连头、旧罐改造以及老站卧式容器拆除施工取得了较好的效果,证明水切割法的应用是成功的。水切割法将动火切割变为非动火切割,安全性高,经济性好,更有利于环境保护,在油田地面建设工程中应用前景广阔。 After more than 60 years of exploration,Daqing Oilfield has entered the stage of strategic reduction of production.In recent years,with the shrinking of the investment on oilfield capital construction,newly-built surface projects are becoming less and less,and the reconstruction projects of old areas are increasing year by year.The reconstruction projects involve joint replacement of oil,gas and sewage pipelines,reconstruction of old tanks,demolition of containers and so on.There is a great potential safety hazard in traditional flame cutting,and the construction efficiency is low by using the reciprocating saw to do cutting construction.In order to avoid safety risks and increase construction efficiency,the water jet cutting method should be promoted vigorously in oilfield surface construction projects.At present,in the surface construction projects of Daqing Oilfield,the water jet cutting method has been used to replace joints of pipelines,reconstruct old tanks and demolish the horizontal container of old stations,and it shows good effect and is proved to be successful.The water cutting method changes the flame cutting to non-flame cutting,and it is highly safe,economical and environmental-friendly,having a broad application prospect in oilfield surface construction projects.
