国际化人才培养目标下ELF范式的大学英语教学

College English Teaching from the Perspective of ELF in the Context of International Talents Cultivation

基于我国经济与社会发展对国际化人才的迫切需求,大学英语应充分借鉴英语通用语(ELF)的改革思路,以顺应英语在全球化语境下的新发展,满足国际化人才培养的核心目标。大学英语教学应重新定义英语水平,营造全球化语境,融合跨学科知识,加强本土与世界文化的教学,以实现会语言、通国际、精领域、懂文化的国际化人才培养目标。

Based on the urgent need for international talents in China＇seconomic and social development, college English teaching should fully draw on the reformative conception of English as a Lingua Franca（ELF）,to comply with the core objectives of international talents cultivation and the new role of English in the context of globalization. Inorder to achieve the goal of cultivating the international talents who can master the language,international rules,professional knowledge,and cultural connotation,college English teaching should redefine English proficiency, create global context during class,combine cross-disciplinary knowledge,and enhance the instruction of Chinese culture and world＇s culture.
