结肠炎结肠动力紊乱与离子通道研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肠道动力紊乱是结肠炎常见的临床表现,其发生机制涉及多种因素。胃肠动力与平滑肌离子通道密切相关,通过各种离子通道功能的重塑(如亚基蛋白和/或离子通道电流改变)从而影响动力。本文就结肠炎结肠动力紊乱与离子通道研究进展作一概述。 Intestinal dysmotility is a common clinical manifestation in colitis of which mechanism involves many factors. Gastrointestinal motility is closely related to smooth muscle ion channels. Gastrointestinal motility can be affected by function remodeling of various ion channels such as protein subunits and(or) ion channel currents change. This article reviewed the advances on colonic dysmotility and ion channels in colitis.
