摘要
气体钻定向井和水平井具有非常广阔的应用前景,但是目前还缺乏一个成熟的定向动力钻具,亟待攻关和突破。文章在总结空气螺杆、自转式空气锤等动力钻具试验应用的基础上,创造性的提出了气液耦合驱动定向动力钻具方法。基于Simulation X构建了气液耦合井底马达虚拟样机,仿真测试表明该方法可行。
The directional and horizontal gas drilling technology has a very broad application prospect,but a proven reliable downhole motor is not available,which must be developed urgently. In this paper a new drive method called "gas-liquid coupling"is proposed on the basis of the trial and application of downhole motor drived by gas such as air motor,self-rotating air hammer and so on. A virtual prototype based on simulationX has been constructed and the simulation tests prove that it is feasible.
