摘要
目前塔河油田奥陶系油藏老区高含水问题突出,开窗侧钻已成为提高油藏储量动用程度的一种重要方法。塔河油田石炭系和奥陶系泥岩井段地层容易掉块、坍塌,导致在组下酸压完井管柱的过程中不可避免的造成封隔器遇阻、遇卡,岩屑划伤封隔器外胶筒的现象。文章通过对不同组合酸压完井管柱的使用情况进行对比分析,结合其地质特征和井筒实际条件,优化了穿长泥岩段侧钻井酸压完井工艺,在很大程度上克服了上述问题,减轻了封隔器的遇阻、遇卡现象,取得了较好的应用效果。
At present,high water cut in the old Ordovician carbonate reservoirs at Tahe oilfield has become prominent,so the casing exit has been an important method to improve the development degree of the reserves. The Carboniferous and Ordovician mudstone stratum at Tahe oilfield are subject to collapse,the packer is often stuck during tripping in,and the packer rubber is often damaged. Based on the comparative analysis of the application of different combinations of acid fracturing completion string,and combining with the actual geological and borehole conditions,the acid fracturing for wells sidetracked through long mudstone section is optimized,the above problems are overcome to large extent,the packer sticking is reduced,with good application results.
