连翘根际高效解有机磷细菌的筛选鉴定及促生长特性研究 被引量:9

Screening,Identification and Growth Promoting Characteristics of High Efficient Organic Phosphate-mineralizing Bacterium from Rhizosphere Soils of Forsythia suspensa

摘要 对山西长治地区连翘根际土壤进行高效解磷细菌的筛选及鉴定,测定其促生长特性。从连翘根际土壤中分离筛选出解有机磷能力较强的细菌9株,经形态特征、生理生化特性、Biolog鉴定和16S r DNA基因序列分析,分属于嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌、嗜根寡养单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌及密歇根克雷伯菌。9株菌均具产IAA和嗜铁素的能力,其中菌株LQYJ3和LQYJ8具产NH3能力,LQYJ3和LQYJ4具产HCN能力,LQYJ2和LQYJ5有固氮能力,LQYJ6、LQYJ7及LQYJ8具产ACC脱氨酶活性。因此,连翘根际具有丰富的多种促生长特性的解有机磷细菌资源。 In order to provide strain material for development specific microbial fertilizer of Forsythia suspense,some high efficient organic phosphate-mineralizing bacterium( OPB) were isolated and screened from the rhizosphere soils of this plant in Changzhi area,Shanxi Province. Nine high efficient OPB were screened and identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,Stenotrophomonas rhizophila,Pseudomonas fluorescens,Bacillus cereus and Klebsiella michiganensis by the method of physiological and biochemical characteristics,biology system and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis. These strains could excrete siderophore and indole acetic acid( IAA). LQYJ3 and LQYJ8 could produce NH3. LQYJ3 and LQYJ4 had properties of HCN production. LQYJ2 and LQYJ5 had properties of nitrogen fixation.Moreover,LQYJ6,LQYJ7 and LQYJ8 possess 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid( ACC) deaminase activity.Consequently,rhizosphere soils of F. suspense contain a variety of OPB with different growth promoting characteristics.
