摘要
针对2起GIS设备铝制部件腐蚀情况,从宏观检查、防腐蚀对比试验、金相组织分析、化学成分分析、SEM和EDS分析等方面进行故障原因分析,同时提出整改和防范措施,为防范和处理此类故障提供参考。
In view of two aluminum part corrosion events of GIS equipment, this paper analyzes the causes in terms of macroscopic examination, anticorrosion comparison test, metallographic structure analysis, chemical composition analysis, SEM and EDS analysis; also, it proposes rectification and preventive measures to prevent similar faults and provide reference for the treatment in the future.
