5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗鼻部日光性角化病疗效评价

Clinical effect and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of nose actinic keratosis

目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗鼻部日光性角化病(AK)的临床疗效与安全性。方法对我院2014~2017年收治的10例鼻部AK患者进行ALA-PDT治疗并观察疗效及安全性。结果 10例患者共13个鼻部AK皮损,经3次治疗后,12个皮损获得完全缓解(92.3%)、1个皮损部分缓解(7.7%)。治愈患者随访1年均未见复发。结论鼻部AK皮损部位特殊,采用ALA-PDT治疗,疗效确切,复发率低,无瘢痕形成,不良反应轻,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy（ALA-PDT） in the treatment of nose actinic keratosis（AK）. Methods Ten cases of nose AKpatients in our hospitalfrom2014 to 2017 were treated with ALA-PDT. The curative effect and safety were observed. Reslesions in 10 patients. Twelve lesions achieved complete remission （92.3% ） and only 1 lesion sho（7.7% ）. There was no recurrence case during 12 months of follow-up. Conclusions ALA-PDT is with low recurrent rate for the AK lesions on the nose.
