超脉冲CO_2激光治疗耳郭脂溢性角化病16例疗效分析

Therapeutic efficacy of superpulsed CO_2 laser for 16 cases with seborrheic keratosis in the auricle

目的分析超脉冲CO_2激光手术对耳郭脂溢性角化病(SK)的治疗效果。方法回顾性病例研究。收集16例经超脉冲CO_2激光手术切除、术后病理确诊的耳郭SK患者,分析病损部位、创面面积、皮肤愈合时间、愈合效果等临床资料。结果病损部位:耳甲艇6例、耳甲腔5例、三角窝2例、舟状窝2例、对耳轮1例。病损面积最大2.1cm2,最小0.09 cm2,平均(1.41±0.45)cm2。创面皮肤愈合良好,与周围正常组织之间无明显界限,也未见瘢痕组织。结论 CO_2激光治疗耳郭SK能实现创面自然愈合,避免瘢痕形成,疗效良好。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of superpulsed CO2 laser for seborrheic keratosisSK） in the auricle. Methods A retrospective study was performed in sixteen patients presenting with SK in the uricle. All patients were confirmed by pathology after a complete superpulsed CO2 laser excision. The wound position, wound area,healing time were recorded,granulation tissue growth and epithelization in wound were observed,and wound healing status was evaluated. Results SK occurred mostly on the cymba conchae （6 patients）,followed by the cavumonchae （5 patients）,triangular fossa （2 patients）,navicular fossa （ 2 patients） and antihelix （1 patient）.The wound areas vary from 0. 09 cm^2 to 2. 1 cm^2,with average wound area being （1.41± 0.45 ） cm^2. The skin wounds of all atients healed well. There was no obvious boundary between wound area and the surrounding tissues and no scar was een in all patients. Conclusions Superpulsed CO2 laser surgery for in the auricle could achieve spontaneous healingnd prevent the formationof scar. The efficacy is good.
