Through a self-designed questionnaire about climate change,an investigation was carried out to find diverse cognitions on climate change and different responses to meteorological disasters from male and female groups. The results show that females are more concerned about climate change and disaster warning information, but their channels to have access to weather and disaster warning information are limited. When faced with the threat of meteorological disasters, most women lack initiatives and innovativeness to deal with the threat.
