摘要 基于"互联网+"背景,针对大学生科技竞赛,以具体科研内容为依托,探讨了大学生科技竞赛团队的组建和目标建立,并融合飞行器设计三个成功案例,详细研究了大学生科技竞赛培养的关键策略,依托学校创新实验室平台,结合团队建设、人员组成、目标确定、科技团队融合发展等,实现了科技竞赛的实体建设和经验积累,为后续科技竞赛提供策略性参考。 Based on the background of "Internet +", the establishment of a team and the setting of goal for science and technology competition of university students are discussed. And combining with the three successful cases of the aircraft design, the key cultivation strategies of science and technology competition for university students is studied. Relying on team building, personnel composition, goal determination, and scientific team integration development, the entity construction and the experience accumulation of the competition are implemented with the support of university innovation laboratory. Besides, strategic reference is provided by this paper for following science and technology competition.
