Honor: the Intrinsic Power to Cultivate Students' Core Values of Socialism

培育社会主义核心价值观需要关注教育对象的内在动力问题。随着传统社会的瓦解,荣誉的性质和功能也在发生着悄无声息的扩展和转型。现代荣誉无等差地面向全体学生,在深入其内在自我意识的同时,外化为相应的自觉行动,赋予了学生培育社会主义核心价值观的内在动力。现代教育必须促成荣誉的现代功能转型,正视现代社会对荣誉的侵蚀,激发与维护学生的荣誉感,引导学生发出基于核心价值理念的理性行动,实现荣誉在社会主义核心价值观培育中的动力价值。

The cultivating of the core values of socialism needs to focus on the intrinsic power of students. With the disintegration of the traditional society,the nature and function of honor have also been quietly expanding and transforming. Modern honor has no discrimination for all students. When going deep into its inner self-consciousness,it externalizes to a corresponding conscious action at the same time. It gives students the intrinsic power to cultivate the core values of socialism. Modern education must promote the transformation of the modern function of honor. It must face up to the erosion of honor by modern society,inspire and maintain students＇ sense of honor. It should guide students to issue rational actions based on core values,so as to realize the value of honor in the cultivation of socialist core values.
