摘要
为实现页岩油的分离和组成结构的分析,提高其综合利用水平,用酸碱萃取法将东宁页岩油分成碱性、酸性和中性组分。采用硅胶柱色谱分离中性组分,以石油醚/乙醇溶液进行梯度洗脱,并用红外光谱表征各分离组分。结果表明,碱性组分中含有氨基基团,酸性组分中含有羧基、芳香环和醚氧基团,中性组分的质量分数达88.80%,且含氧基团的含量明显减少。中性组分按物质极性由小到大的顺序被分离为烃类化合物、芳香族衍生物、含氧芳香衍生物等12个组分。酸碱萃取和硅胶柱色谱实现了页岩油组分的族分离。该研究为页岩油的分离、纯化提供了可行的技术路线。
This paper is directed at identifying the composition and structure of shale oil and thereby improving its comprehensive utilization level. The research focuses on dividing the shale oil into alkaline,acidic and central components using acid-base extraction method; and further separating and purifying the neutral component by silica gel column chromatography and gradient elution with petroleum ether/ethanol solution. The results demonstrate that the alkaline component contains amino groups and the acidic component contains carboxyl groups,aromatic rings and ether oxygen groups; neutral component has mass fraction up to 88. 80%,with a significant reduction in the acidic oxygen group; the neutral mixture is separated,in an increasing order of size,into 12 different components including hydrocarbons,aromatic derivatives,and oxygenated aromatic derivatives according to the polarity; and shale oil fractions is separated by acid extraction and silica gel column chromatography. This study may provide a feasible technical route for the separation and purification of oil shale.
