纳米吸墨材料的吸收性与稳定性

摘要 为获得吸收性和光稳定性优异的吸墨材料,制备含有纳米SiO_2、纳米TiO_2、纳米CaCO_3三类粒子颜料的吸墨材料。利用SEM、白度测试仪、光学显微镜和紫外光照射仪测试与分析了材料结构及性能。结果表明:纳米SiO_2制备的吸墨材料粒子分散的更为均匀;含有纳米SiO_2的吸墨材料对墨水吸收的均一性是最好的;含有纳米TiO_2粒子的吸墨材料对光的稳定性更好,材料的使用期限得到了提高。 This paper is directed at obtaining ink-absorbing materials with excellent absorbency and light stability. The study involves preparing ink-absorbing nanomaterials containing nano-SiO2,nano-TiO2,nano-CaCO3; and analyzing the surface microstructure and performances of materials using SEM,whiteness tester,optical microscope,and UV irradiation instrument. The results demonstrate that ink-absorbing materials prepared by nano SiO2 boast a more uniform particle dispersion; ink-absorbing materials containing nanoscale SiO2 feature the best ink absorption uniformity; ink absorbing materials containing nano TiO2 particles could provide a better stability for light,with a consequent improvement in the usage life of the use of materials.
