国家连续15年的"一号文件"均是关于"三农"问题,可见党和国家十分重视乡村发展。促进乡村发展,实现乡村振兴,就必须大力推进农业现代化。对农业现代化发展存在的短板进行分析,查找原因,提出进一步推进农业现代化发展进程的思路:首先,要坚持"五大发展"理念,为推进农业现代化发展奠定思想理论基础;其次,围绕农业发展短板,加快构建现代农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系;再次,以问题为导向,形成农业现代化协同发展的有效机制。

＂The first document＂of the state for 15 consecutive years is about the＂three rural issues＂.It is obvious that the Party and the state attach great importance to rural development.To promote rural development and realize rural revitalization,we must vigorously promote agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes the short board of agricultural modernization,finds the reasons and puts forward the thought of further promoting the development process of agricultural modernization.First,we should adhere to the＂five development＂concept and lay the ideological and theoretical foundation for promoting the development of agricultural modernization.Secondly,we should accelerate the construction of modern agricultural industrial system,production system,and management system around the short board of agricultural development,and again,take the problem as the guidance,and form an effective mechanism for the coordinated development of agricultural modernization.
