新一轮东北振兴战略促进区域新型城镇化发展

A New-round Northeast Revitalization to Promote Regional Progress of New-type Urbanization

面对持续升温的区域协调发展问题,东北振兴必然是全国经济整体发展的一个重要组成部分。我们首先应从东北地区的经济发展脉络分析入手,论证分析东北经济发展对该地区城镇化发展的影响。其次,通过分析东北振兴战略的渐进演变的过程,梳理出东北经济发展与城镇化建设的互动关系。最后,通过探讨东北振兴过程中存在的问题,论证新一轮东北振兴战略所显示出的全面振兴观对城镇化的影响,得出新一轮东北振兴战略逐步落实的过程,也是促进该地区城镇化发展的过程,进而进一步提出以城镇化推动东北经济新振兴的具体策略。

Under the everincreasing coordinated progress of regional economy, the revitalization of NortheastChina is bound to be an important part of the overall economic development of our whole country. First of all,we should start with the analysis of the economic development force of the Northeast, and demonstrate the impact of northeast economic development on its urbanization. Secondly, through analyzing the gradual evolutionprocess of Northeast revitalization strategy, we could reveal the interactive relationship between Northeastern economic development and urbanization construction. Finally, through the discussion of the existing problems inthe process of revitalization, the author demonstrates the influence of the concept of comprehensive revitalization on the urbanization in the new round of Northeast revitalization strategy, and draws a conclusion that anew round of Northeast Revitalization Strategy needs to gradually implement, which also means the process ofpromoting the development of urbanization in the region, and further puts forward the measures of promotingthe northeastern economy by urbanization.
