The teaching quality of the colleges is directly related to the social reputation and source of the private colleges.By analyzing the teaching quality index system of private colleges and universities and combining with the object oriented technology, this paper constructs an effective teaching quality evaluation and supervision system. Through the operation of the platform, relevant data can be collected, analyzed and processed, which will help the management departments of private universities to supervise and evaluate teaching quality reasonably and scientifically.
