The Research and Design of the Area Access Center for Cross-border Inter bank Payment System

文章在人民币国际化的背景下,首先,分析了人民币跨境支付系统在支持区域经济金融发展中存在的不足;其次,探索设立人民币跨境支付系统区域接入中心的必要性;接着,研究区域接入中心实现方式和系统框架;最后,分类别设计不同区域接入中心功能模块和业务处理流程。

This paper is under the background of RMB internationalization. Firstly, it analyzes the shortcomings of R MB cross-border payment system in supporting regional economic and financial development. Secondly, it explores the necessity of setting up a regional access center for R MB cross-border payment system.And then, the realization mode and system framework of regional access center are studied.Finally, the classification of different regional access center functional modules and business processing flow are designed.
