摘要
胜任素质模型是人力资源管理中一个关键概念。通过建立胜任素质模型并将其运用到人力资源管理中,可以为公司招到合适的员工,提高员工的工作效率,为公司创造效益。以MX公司为研究对象,发现该公司在运用胜任素质模型中存在人岗不匹配、培训效果不佳等问题。探究原因发现,在招聘过程中运用通用胜任素质模型对人员进行测评,缺乏针对性而无法招到特定岗位所需要的合适人才。据此,以该公司外贸业务员岗位为例构建该岗位的胜任素质模型,以提高该公司人力资源管理工作的绩效。
Competency model is a key concept in human resource management. Through the establishment of competency model and its application to the human resources management,the company can recruit the right staff,improve staff efficiency and create benefits for the company. Taking MX company as the research object,this paper found that its competency model exists some peoblems,such as the staff mismatching the post and poor training. The reason for the issues is that the general competence model is used in the recruitment process to evaluate the personnel. It leads to the inability to recruit the right people. Accordingly,this paper takes the company's foreign trade salesman as an example to build the competency model of the post to improve the performance of the company's human resource management.
