大学生就业指导专业融合式课程教学改革探索——以长沙师范学院艺术设计系为例

摘要 大学生就业指导课程在教学中面临通识性知识不能满足学生个性化需求、学生学习方式变革、教学设计重就业指导轻专业指导等方面的挑战。大学生就业指导专业融合式教学改革的具体路径是:将设计专业大学生就业指导课程分为通用知识、专业技能、实践应用与展示三大模块,在教学过程中做到相互融合。 The construction of undergraduate employment guidance courses is an important carrier to actively promote the employment of college graduates. The employment guidance course for undergraduates college students faces the some challenges,such as of not meeting the individual needs of students,the changes of students' learning methods,and the teaching design ofgiving emphasis of heavy employment guidance and neglect of professional guidance. The specific path for the integrated teaching reform of undergraduate employment guidance is to divide the design professional undergraduate employment guidance curriculumcourse into three modules: namely general knowledge,professional skills,practical application and demonstration,and these three models should be integrated with each other in the teaching process.
