川东北偏远农村辍学青年早婚原因与对策剖析——以四川省巴中市为例

The Reasons and Countermeasures of Early Marriage in Remote Rural Areas in Northeast Sichuan Province: Take Bazhong City,Sichuan Province as an Example

未到《婚姻法》规定的年龄而成为事实婚姻的早婚现象,不仅违反国家的《婚姻法》,还与国内提倡的"晚婚晚育"观念相悖。在一些偏远的农村地区,青年实际结婚年龄仍在不断提前,早婚现象依然十分普遍。本文将四川省巴中市偏远农村辍学青年作为研究对象,探寻其早婚的成因。通过对所获资料的整理和分析发现,在当今时代背景下,四川省巴中市偏远农村辍学青年早婚现象普遍存在,且呈现出根深蒂固的传统婚姻意识和新的时代特点。笔者据此提出相关对策,希望能够有效控制早婚现象的进一步发展,促进社会和谐发展。

Early marriage is not only in violation of the marriage law of marriage,but also contrary to the domestic promotion of ＂late marriage and late childbirth＂. In some remote rural areas,the actual marriage age of young people is still being advanced,and the phenomenon of early marriage is still very common. This paper explores the causes of early marriage in remote rural areas of bazhong city in sichuan province. Information obtained through the collection and analysis found that,under the background of the times,sichuan bazhong remote rural school youth early marriage phenomenon is widespread and presents a deep-rooted traditional marriage consciousness,and the characteristics of the new era.The author puts forward relevant countermeasures accordingly,wants to be able to effectively control the further development of the early marriage phenomenon,promote the harmonious development of society.
