摘要
本文设计了一款新型的采用FR-4材料的超宽带天线,用于早期癌症检测。仿真结果表明,天线的工作频带达10.2GHz,从3.0GHz到13.2GHz,相对带宽可达125%,频带上的VSWR小于2且天线具有良好的方向性和增益,能较好地应用于微波成像技术系统中。
In this paper, a novel UWB micro-strip antenna using FR-4 substrate was proposed for early cancer detection. Simulated results showed that the bandwidth of the antenna reaches 10.2GHz in the operating frequency range from 3.0GHz to 13.270 GHz, it means a relative bandwidth of 125%. The VSWR is less than 2 in the frequency band and the antenna have good directionality and gain, and it can be better applied to microwave imaging technology systems.
