摘要
在70#A级道路石油沥青中分别掺加0%、5%、10%和15%的橡胶粉,利用高速剪切乳化机制备出橡胶粉改性沥青,通过针入度、延度和软化点试验得到橡胶粉改性沥青的基本性能指标。同时,基于流变学分析方法,利用动态剪切流变仪对30、40、50℃和60℃温度条件下的橡胶粉改性沥青的动态力学特性进行测试和分析。
Rubber powder modified asphalt was prepared by high speed shear emulsification mechanism by adding 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% rubber powder respectively in the 70#A grade of road oil asphalt. The basic performance indexes of rubber powder modified asphalt were obtained by means of penetration, delay and softening point.And the dynamic mechanical properties of modified asphalt of rubber powder were tested and analyzed using dynamic shear rheometer based on rheological analysis method.
