焦化配煤过程控制的优化分析

摘要 近年来,随着我国民经济的不断提升,社会发展对资源的需求不断提高。现如今,作为世界焦炭生产和出口大国,我国焦炭产量占全世界总产量的35%,出口量也超过了50%。焦炭生产作为冶金工业的基础,广泛应用于气化、金属冶炼、铸造以及电石等领域,发展前景非常广阔。高炉用焦要求具有较低的灰分、硫分和较高的强度,我国虽然具有丰富的煤炭资源,但焦化技术相对落后。为了提高焦炭质量,节约优质炼焦煤,焦化厂需要进一步优化焦化配煤工艺,提升自动化生产水平,降低冶金焦生产成本。 In recent years, with the continuous improvement of our national economy, the social development has a greater and greater demand for resources. Now, as a big country in the world of coke production and export, China's coke production accounts for 35% of the world's total output and more than 50% of its exports. As the basis of metallurgical industry, coke production is widely used in the fields of gasification, metal smelting, casting, and calcium carbide and so on. The development prospect is very wide. It has low ash, sulfur and high strength coke blast furnace, although China is rich in coal resources, but coking technology is relatively backward. In order to improve coke quality and save high quality coking coal, coking plant needs further optimization of coking coal blending process, improving automatic production level and reducing metallurgical coke production cost.
