论研究生国家助学贷款的实践困境及优化策略——以H大学为例

On the Practical Dilemma and Optimizing Strategy of Postgraduates' National Student Loans——Take H University as an Example

以地方高校H大学为例,探讨研究生国家助学贷款制度在实践中存在的困境,并提出相应的优化策略。研究发现:地方高校研究生国家助学贷款在实践中存在贷款比例偏低、家庭经济困难学生认证体系不明确、贷后回收困难等问题。为促进地方高校研究生国家助学贷款制度的实施,需多方协作提高学生贷款积极性,完善对家庭经济困难学生认证制度,完善诚信体系建设。

This paper,taking the local university of H as an example,carries out a research of the dilemmas of the practice of postgraduates＇ national student loans and proposes some corresponding optimization strategies. The study finds that in the practice of local university graduate student loans for national education,there exist low loan ratios,unclear certification system of identifying the student economic difficulties,and the troubles in repaying the loans. In order to promote the implementation of the national student loan system for local university graduate students,it is necessary to raise the students＇ enthusiasm for loans,improve the certification system for the students of the economically difficult families,and perfect the integrity system.
