跨市域公共图书馆同城化建设与服务实践研究

Urban Integration and Service Practice of Cross-city Public Libraries

[目的 /意义]通过对跨市域公共图书馆同城化建设典型案例的分析,提出几点思考,以期为正起步发展的公共图书馆同城化建设事业提供思路和参考。[方法 /过程]在简要梳理我国跨市域公共图书馆同城化建设现状的基础上,重点对深莞惠三地公共图书馆服务体系进行案例分析,从服务效能、业务和资源建设、保障条件几方面对深莞惠三地现有公共图书馆的综合情况进行比较分析,并通过与广佛肇跨市域公共图书馆同城化建设进行对比,发现不足和问题。[结果 /结论 ]针对跨市域公共图书馆同城化建设提出五点思考:选择文化同源、地域相近的城市;免押金借阅服务;以城市规划和产业合作为导向配置图书馆资源;以地域文化为背景整合地方文献资源;构建讲座资源共享机制。

[Purpose/significance]Analysis of the typical cases of urban integration of cross-city public libraries will help to provide reference for this emerging enterprise. [Method/process]The present article, after a brief introduction to the current status of urban integration of China＇s cross-city public libraries, studies the service system of the public libraries in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou in terms of service performance, service and resource construction, and guarantee conditions and compares it with the urban integration of public libraries in Guangzhou, Fushan and Zhaoqing. [Result/conclusion]Finally, the authors suggest choosing similar cities either in culture or in location, free lending service, allocating library resources oriented by city planning and industry cooperation, integrating local literature resources against the background of local culture, and constructing sharing mechanism of lecture resources.
