[目的 /意义]理清民间读书会的运作方式和学习特点,从外部、内部理解读书会活动的意义。[方法 /过程]通过文献梳理和实地调研进行总结和研究。[结果 /结论]维持一个民间读书会的运作,其日常事务主要包括:书目或专题的选择、成员的招募、场地和设备的准备;而读书会的学习特点主要有三:一是自由的、无边界的对话形式,二是反思性的学习,三是支持性、联结性的学习。

[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this study is to clarify the operating mode and learning features of the folk reading club, and to understand the significance of its activities from outside and inside.[Method/process] Literature review and field research were employed to achieve this purpose.[Result/conclusion]Maintaining the operation of a folk reading club will involve making booklists and selecting topics, recruiting club members and preparing the site and facilities and a folk reading club is usually characterized by free discussion, reflective learning and supportive and connectionist learning.
