如何顺应时代发展的要求, 为社会培养出德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人, 这是地方高职院校重要的职能.要培养合格的人才, 首先对学生做全面的认识, 教育者才能更好地落实立德树人的教育任务.本文从地方高职高专生源情况入手, 剖析学生实情、 结合教育教学和学生日常管理等方面, 探析地方高职高专提高人才培养规格层次的动力源.

It is the main function of local higher vocational colleges to cultivate socialist builders andsuccessors who have developed morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically to meet the need ofsocial development. To develop the qualified talents, educators should have a comprehensive understandingof the students, then they are able to better complete the educational task of cultivating talents with virtues.By analyzing the actual situation of the students and combining with routine management of students＇ affairs, the present paper starts with the students sources to explore the driving sources of raising thestudents＇ standards in local higher vocational colleges.
