振兴乡村教育, 师资队伍建设是关键.为推进乡村教育现代化建设, 建设一支扎根乡村教育、德技双星的名师队伍更显重要. 乡村教育振兴靠教学名师范引领, 教学名师成长发展需要管理评价机制激励引导, 所以,建立健全管理评价机制是这支队伍健康可持续发展的根本保障.本文以贵州省铜仁市的调研分析为基础,结合乡村教育改革趋势探讨完善乡村教学名师成长发展的管理评价机制的有效策略.

The key to promote rural education is to construct teaching staff. In order to promote theconstruction of rural education modernization, it is even more important to constructa team of teachingmasters with skills and virtues, rooted in rural education. The prosperity of rural education relies on theteaching masters＇ guidance, and their growth and development depend on the motivation of administrativeevaluation mechanism. Therefore, establishing and improving the mechanism is the essential guarantee forthe sustainable development of the team. Based on the survey in Tongren city of Guizhou province andcombined with tendency of rural education reforms, the paper explores the effective strategies to improveadministrative evaluation mechanism for developing rural teaching masters.
