Yongsheng county, which is a broad, ancient and mysterious land, has a over- 2000 -year longhistory of organizational system evolution, dividing into three periods： wild period from the time inhistorical documents to early Tang dynasty, Tang, Song and Yuan dynasty is the period of opening thecivilization and bidding farewell to the wildness, Lancang Guard was established to initiate a new era ofcivilization. Lancang guard is the unique identification of Yongsheng which has created the culture brand ofborderland which was mainly manifested by Mao culture of Lancang guard.
