护士对卧床患者泌尿系统感染预防与护理知识及态度的多中心调查

Nurses′ knowledge of and attitude towards prevention and care of urinary tract infections among bedridden patients:a multi-center survey

目的了解护士对卧床患者泌尿系统感染预防与护理知识及态度现状,并分析人口社会学变量的影响。方法采用自行编制的护士对卧床患者泌尿系统感染(UTI)预防与护理知识、态度问卷,对全国6省市25所医院3 903名护士进行调查。结果护士对卧床患者UTI预防与护理知识得分(8.33±1.13)分,态度得分(27.10±2.99)分;护士所在医院等级、是否在重症科室工作、学历以及职称进入护士UTI知识得分多元线性回归分析模型(均P<0.01),学历和聘用形式进入护士UTI预防与护理态度多元线性回归分析(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护士对卧床患者UTI预防与护理态度较积极,但知识水平仍有较大提升空间,人口社会学变量对护士UTI预防与护理知识及态度的影响不大,更主要的影响因素需进一步探讨。

Objective To investigate nurses′knowledge of and attitude towards prevention and care of urinary tract infections（UTIs）among bedridden patients,and to explore the effect of demographic data.Methods A total of 3 903 nurses from 25 hospitals of 6 provinces or municipalities in China were surveyed using researcher-developed questionnaire in terms of their knowledge of and attitude towards UTIs prevention and care.Results Nurses scored（8.33±1.13）on UTIs knowledge and（27.10±2.99）on UTIs attitude.Four variables entered in the knowledge model as hospital ratings,working units,education level and professional title（P〈0.01 for all）.Education level and employment type entered in the attitude model（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nurses hold positive attitude towards UTIs prevention and care,but their knowledge should be improved.Demographic data are not the main predictors of knowledge and attitude towards UTIs prevention and care,so further studies are required to identify the predominant factors.
