摘要
目的探讨同伴支持对初治HIV阳性患者服药依从性、自我效能及抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法将111例初治HIV阳性患者随机分为干预组(56例)和对照组(55例);对照组行门诊健康教育与随访指导;干预组采取培训同伴支持者,组成同伴、患者、个案管理师参与的健康教育小组,开展小组主题活动、微信群教育及督导等。干预6个月后评价效果。结果干预第3个月、6个月干预组服药依从性显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),自我效能、抑郁评分两组差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论同伴支持可提高初治HIV阳性患者后期服药依从性,对自我效能及抑郁干预效果尚不显著。
Objective To explore the effect of peer support intervention on medication adherence,self-efficacy and depression among HIV-infected patients on initial antiretroviral therapy(ART).Methods A total of 111 HIV-infected patients on initial ART were randomly assigned into a control group of 55 cases and an intervention group of 56 cases.The control group was given routine health education and follow-up guidance,while the intervention group received peer support intervention provided by peers,patients and case managers through group-based activities,WeChat-assisted education and monitoring.The intervention lasted six months.Results The medication adherence was higher in the intervention group at the 3rd and 6th month of intervention than that in the control group(P〈0.05 fo all),whereas self-efficacy and depression had no significant differences between the two groups(P〉0.05 for all).Conclusion Peer support intervention can enhance medication adherence among HIV-infected patients on initial ART,but the effectiveness on self-efficacy and depression is not obvious.
