班主任领导力:在项目研究中提升和完善——以2018年“你好,寒假!”项目为例 被引量:3

摘要 基于对班主任角色与工作价值的高度认可,班主任领导力之概念及相关研究得以存在。对参加2018年"你好,寒假!"项目的 30名班主任的调查发现:他们认同班主任领导力的存在,认为其内涵具体表现为规划引领、团队引导、决策统筹、榜样示范等能力。班主任在项目总结中表达出对自身领导力发展的期待:主题规划和引领能力、对假期学生活动的指导能力、与家长有效沟通能力的提升。班主任领导力在学期日常生活与项目研究中有所区别,这种差异体现班主任领导力的复杂性和发展的可能性。当前需要继续加强对班主任领导力的实践与理论研究。 Based on the fact that the role and work value of banzhuren have been highly recognized,some researches on banzhuren leadership have been done. By interviewing 30 banzhurens who participated in the project of 2018"Hello,Winter Break! ",the researchers find that they have the awareness of banzhuren leadership and its connotations are specifically embodied in planning guiding,team leading,decision making and role modeling,and that they expect to develop their ability to design a project and lead to fulfil it,to direct student activities in vacations,and to communicate with students' parents. Banzhuren leadership is shown differently in school life and in project-based research,and the difference reflects its complexity and developmental possibility. Therefore,practical and theoretical studies should be made on banzhuren leadership currently.
