摘要
班主任工作任务重、压力大、情况复杂,因此需要班主任拥有不竭的热情和动力,具备教师抗逆力。以北京市8位优秀班主任为访谈对象,采用半结构访谈法,进行班主任抗逆力研究。整合分析访谈资料发现:职业幸福感是支撑优秀班主任的关键因素,发挥润化、激发、调节作用,是优秀班主任抗逆力运作的情感催化剂。其作用的发挥需要经过起点、获得、提升三个步骤。
Banzhuren's work is heavy,stressful and complicated,therefore,banzhuren needs to have inexhaustible enthusiasm and motivation as well as teacher's resilience. Taking the eight excellent banzhurens in Beijing as the interviewees,this study focuses on teacher's resilience with a semi-structured interview. The integrated analysis of the interview data finds that the key factor to support banzhuren is the occupational happiness which is the emotional catalyst of the excellent banzhuren's resilience,serving the functions of relaxing,stimulating and regulating,and that the occupational happiness performs its function in three steps:starting,achieving and improving.
