教师的气象与修炼——窦桂梅校长专访

摘要 窦桂梅校长认为,教师应成为精神上气象万千的教师;教师成长的动力来自教师自身的生命力和学习力;教师的成长要落脚到课,通过主动地参与整体备课、观摩和听评课、课后反思和做公开课来实现自身专业成长;教师专业成长没有固定的轨道和阶段,要适性扬才发展;教师的专业成长需要外力帮助,但更要激活内生机制,教师培养要从扶持到扶志;摆脱繁重的教师工作压力,既靠社会环境的支持,更需要教师具有职业的定力和坚毅。 Principal Dou Gui-mei thinks that a teacher ought to be a teacher with various spiritual images,that the motivation for a teacher's development comes from his vitality and learning capacity,and that a teacher's professional development can be attained by participating in overall preparation of lessons on his own initiative,observing,emulating and evaluating classroom teaching,rethinking after class and giving open classes. She also believes that there is no fixed way and stage for a teacher's professional development,measures should be taken to suit each individual,that a teacher's professional development needs the outside help,but mainly relies on activating the endogenous mechanism,teacher training should be conducted from giving assist to teachers to helping them regain self-confidence,and that getting rid of teachers' working pressure needs not only the support of social environment but also the professional determination and strong-willedness of teachers.
