摘要
目的探讨改良护理应急管理系统及人力资源配置在灾害救援中的应用效果。方法 2016年6月,改良医院护理应急管理体系,科学实施人力资源管理。以2015年6月至2016年6月某三级甲等医院在台风灾害中得到急救的156例患者为对照组,采用传统的急救护理管理及人力资源配置模式。以2016年7月至2017年6月在台风灾害中得到急救的188例患者为观察组,采用改良护理应急管理系统及人力资源配置。回顾性分析两组急救反应速度、接诊分流时间、入住医院时间及抢救成功率。结果对照组急救反应速度平均为(4.96±0.30)min,多于观察组的(2.13±0.40)min;对照组接诊分流时间及入住医院时间分别为(4.83±0.60)min和(20.32±0.40)min,而观察组为(1.96±0.40)min和(13.87±0.50)min;观察组抢救成功率为97.53%,高于对照组的90.54%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良护理应急管理系统及优化人力资源配置,可缩短应急救护时间,提高患者抢救成功率,快速高效应对灾害,减少台风灾害事件造成的人员伤亡有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the application effect of improved hospital nursing emergency management system and human resource allocation in disaster rescue.Methods In June 2016,the hospital nursing emergency management system was improved and human resources management was implemented scientifically.156 caseshaving received emergency rescue in typhoon disasters from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as control group,and was applied with traditional nursing emergency management system and human resoure allocation,while 188 cases receiving emergency rescue in typhoon disasters from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as observation group,and was applied with improved nursing emergency management system and human resoure allocation.The speed of emergency response before and after improvement,the triage time,admission time and the success rate of rescue were analyzed retrospectively.Results Time of control group The average emergency response time in the control group was(4.96±0.30)min,more than than that in the observation group(2.13±0.40)min.The time of traige and admission in the control group were(4.83±0.60)min and(20.32±0.40)min,respectively,but(1.96±0.40)min and(13.87±0.50)min in the observation group.The success rate of rescue in the control groupwas97.53%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation groupof90.54%(all P〈0.05).Conclusion The improved emergency management system and optimized human resources allocation are very important to shorten the emergency rescue time,improve the success rate of rescuing patients,enhance fast and efficient response to disaster,and reduce casualties caused by typhoon disaster.
