摘要
目的探索视频互动宣教模式在对产妇配偶健康宣教中的应用效果。方法 2016年1-12月在绍兴市妇幼保健院采用分娩镇痛的产妇配偶200例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组产妇配偶采用传统的口头健康宣教模式;观察组产妇配偶采用视频互动式宣教模式。比较两组产妇配偶相关知识的掌握程度,护士用于健康宣教的时间及产妇配偶对护理宣教工作的满意率。结果观察组产妇配偶在更换尿不湿、抱新生儿、给新生儿穿衣服、喂养方法等4个方面得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.261~6.532,均P<0.01);护士用于健康宣教的时间明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-51.652,P<0.01);观察组产妇配偶对护理宣教工作的满意率显著提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频互动宣教模式有利于强化宣教力度,节省护士宣教时间,提升护理宣教质量,提高产妇配偶的满意率。
Objective To explore the application effect of video interactive education model on health education for puerpera's spouses.Methods Totally 200 cases of puerpera who used labor analgesia in Shaoxing women children's hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected.The observation group and control group were divided by using the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The video interactive education mode was adopted in the observation group,and the traditional verbal health education model was used in the control group.The puerpera's spouses' mastery level of the relevant knowledge,satisfaction with health education and the time of health education were compared between two groups.Results The scores of diaper changing,baby holding,dressing and feeding among puerpera's spouses in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group,and the(t= 4.261-6.532,all P〈0.01).The time of nurses spending on health education in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(t =-51.652,P〈0.01),while the satisfaction degree of puerpera's spouses was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Video interactive education model are beneficial to enhance health education effects and quality,save the time of health education for nurses,and improve puerpera's spouses' satisfaction degree.
