摘要
高职院校学生管理中的文化育人是围绕"立德树人"的根本任务,以培育民族精神、社会主义核心价值观和大国工匠精神为核心,以"育德""育情""育能"为基本内容,充分融合企业文化精髓,通过"人文教育""环境熏陶""活动体验""制度激励"等途径,构建起校企主体文化融合的现代学生管理制度体系,人文与工匠精神融合的环境体系,思想政治、文化艺术和职业素养融合的课外活动体系,人文与职业必修、选修、讲座融合的课程体系,确保文化育人目标的实现。
Moral education is the fundamental task of cultural education of student management in higher vocational colleges. The core of cultural education is to cultivate the national spirit and the socialist core values and craftsman spirit of the nation, with "moral education", "emotion education" and "competence education" as the basic content, and fully integrate with the corporate culture essence. Through the "humanistic education", "the influence of environment" and "activity experience" and "incentive system" and other ways, it establishes modern student management system integrated with the main school enterprise culture, environment system integrated with the humanities and the craftsman spirit, extracurricular activities system integrated with ideological and political, cultural and artistic and professional accomplishment, and the course system combined with humanities and profession compulsory and elective courses, and lectures, to ensure the realization of the goal of cultural education.
