德国“双元制”高技能人才本土化研究与实践——以沈阳职业技术学院为例

Research and Practice of German Dual-system High-skilled Talents Localization

借鉴德国双元制职业教育高技能人才培养成功经验,在国内双元制本土化研究与实践基础上,结合东北老工业基地振兴及沈阳市双元培育试点改革,以沈阳职业技术学院为例,进行双元制本土化研究与探索,为驻沈德企及区域经济发展提供双元制高技能人才。

Drawing on the successful experience of high-skilled talent cultivation in German dual-system vocational education, based on the localization research and practice of domestic dual-system, combined with the rejuvenation of old northeast industrial base and pilot reform of Shenyang dual-system training, with the case of Shenyang Polytechnic College, it conducts research and exploration about dual-system localization, providing high-skilled talents of dual-system for German enterprises in Shenyang and regional economy growth.
